Sarr Band
Já vi algumas versões reeditadas dessa faixa rara – “Double Action” da Sarr Band – mas na época tinha que fazer a minha – até cheguei a tocar na festa de encerramento do Lov.e. Ela começava já soltando o refrão, sem introdução nenhuma, e era um desperdício, sem falar que tem uma buzina de barco pontuando vários momentos da música. Então dei uma expandida nas preliminares e deixei as garotas por último, que é quando a história engrena. Aproveite. // Some people (such as Social Disco Club) made their own version of this disco obscurity – Sarr Band’s “Double Action” (it came out on UK 1978 but I’m pretty sure it’s italian) – but I had a clear thought of what I wanted to do with it: do some foreplay using the tugboat horn and let the double trouble girls came in later. Technically it’s not the most perfect of edits since at the time I was indulging myself with some reel tape editing skills but I have received some good feedback so there you go. Enjoy!
